| Park Pointe announced the opening of Phase 3-B of the development.
There are 28 lots available on which to build. |
| Park Pointe will release the new plans for the Iris model here soon.
It is under construction on lot 24. |

| Homeowners who purchased homes in the early stages of Park Pointe
Development are welcome to pick up patio door and window screens
recently found in storage that will only fit on the older homes. |
| Remember, all current homeowners who bring in new buyers to Park
Pointe Development will receive a $500 referral fee upon closing. |

| Three new spec homes will be available soon. They are the
Hawthorne on 114 Shawnee Lane, the Grove on 106 Shawnee Lane, and the
Aspen on 1005 Shawnee Lane. |
